For over 20 years
Randall D. Oestreicher, P.B.C., Ph.D. has assisted
owners of privately-held companies and family businesses,
and their professional advisors in planning, valuing,
marketing, negotiating and coordinating successful
business transfers in metropolitan Kansas City,
Northeastern Kansas, Western Missouri and Northeast
Florida . In 1999, Mr. Oestreicher established Northstar
Business Resources, LLC, a consulting firm offering
professional services to small and mid-market businesses
at all stages of the entrepreneurial cycle. He has written
or co-authored ten articles on various aspects of the
transfer process. Most recently he co-authored the book,
E4: Evaluating, Entering, Enhancing & Exiting
Privately Owned Companies, published in 2002. |
